The worst packers and movers I have ever seen. I had recently use Fast DTDC packers and movers to relocate Delhi to Bangalore. I moved my household goods they charged me 19000 for the movement.i took the insurance of 1 lack rupees of which they charged me 3000 rupees.They promised me to deliver my goods within 7-8 days but they didn't what they promised, kept my deposit, and then after multiple tries to reach them and messages never returned my calls. After 30 days all the stuff being delivered, when we tried to look at the items, all the items were broken and totally damaged.These people are like thieves. when i Interacted the insurance company and they tell me that your insurance is basic cover which will only covers accidental damage.i should inform everyone that its provide very bad services and behaviour of it's staff is not good also. I used their service after reading lot of good reviews. These guys don’t even know how to pack the stuff being working in packers company. They don’t even how to speak with the customers, they were very harsh with us. Conclusion: Don’t trust the positive reviews and promises done by these people. Mr. Arun and his brother Mr. Mukesh is very soft spoken and will be very convincing in nature on the phone but when they received the money you will see their real face. The service they give is pathetic. Better go with Agarwal or someone else paying extra 5-10k at least you will not be pissed off and will safely move your stuff. 

I have chosen Fast DTDC Packers and Movers owing to their good will in the packers and movers industry in Lucknow. They have provided excellent services in shifting my house. The best part is that they have used high-quality packing material and thus none of my articles was harmed while in the transit. The crew was extra careful while packing and unpacking of the furniture and goods. I would rat them 4.5 out of 5.

Fast DTDC Packers and Movers had been a very worthy choice for me as it enjoys a good will in the Packers and Movers industry. I booked their services to transport my car from Lucknow to Delhi. They have a well-maintained fleet and have been great in the execution. I liked their professionalism and appreciate their good work.  I would rate them 4 out of 5 for being so great in their service delivery.
